Based in the North West of England, Amethyst Training delivers accredited menopause training and awareness sessions to businesses, small and large. We also provide training in stress management and deliver mindfulness sessions in the workplace.
There is growing pressure on employers to recognise menopause in the work environment. Menopausal women are demographically the fastest growing group of workers in the UK. Despite this, the menopause is rarely discussed and few businesses understand how to help individuals affected by this natural change.
Amethyst Training works alongside the Menopause Experts Group to deliver several corporate training programmes with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) certification. The training is suitable for all members of your workforce and includes important information and updated legislation for line managers. We also offer informative and relaxing ‘Meno’ Pause and Restore sessions for those going through the menopause.
On successful completion of our accredited ‘Menopause at work’ training workshop, candidates will receive a certificate and be awarded 1 CPD point. In addition, you can use the Menopause Experts ‘Approved’ sticker on your company website/social media/signatures etc.
