Amethyst Training sessions are delivered by Lyndsey Daly ADV.DIP.HYP. Lyndsey is an Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapist, Reiki Master Teacher and a Menopause Champion with the Menopause Experts Group. She is also a Chartered Manager with over 20 years experience in the business sector.

From a corporate perspective, we offer Menopause in the Workplace, Stress Management & Mindfulness and ‘Meno’ Pause & Restore sessions. Our courses can be held as standalone sessions lasting half a day or added together for a full ‘well-being’ day (we can even incorporate a yoga session for an energetic boost to the day!) We recognise that every organisation is unique, please contact our friendly team to put a programme together that is tailored to your needs.

We are based in the North West of England. One of our team can travel to your workplace to deliver our sessions in person or they can be delivered virtually over Microsoft Teams – whichever option suits you best.
