STRESS MANAGEMENT AND MINDFULNESS IN THE WORKPLACE
This session is suitable for all employees. Stress can place immense demands on employees’ physical and mental health. It can affect their behaviour, performance and relationships with colleagues. It is also a major cause of long-term absence – this session looks at how to manage factors that contribute to workplace stress and includes guided meditation and group hypnotherapy.
This session can be added to the Menopause in the Workplace Training course. If both are completed, candidates will receive a Menopause Experts CPD certification in Mindfulness and Menopause and can use the ‘Approved’ sticker on their email, social media etc.
